EULA - End User License Agreement

FARFAST FORM FILLER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Subject to the following terms and conditions, HexaTech grants to you
a non-exclusive license to use PreprintedFORM Filler software ("the software").

LICENSE

You may use the software on one computer at a time. This is a single user
license. You may copy the software for backup purposes only. You may not
grant sublicenses, lease, or other rights in the software. You may not split
the software into components and transfer, sell, distribute, or re-license
or otherwise convey those components as individual products to another party.
In addition, you may not translate, recast, transform, decompile, disassemble
or reverse engineer the software. In the case of an authorized transfer, the
transferee must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License
Agreement. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it
at any time by destroying the software together with all copies, modifications
and merged portions in any form. The license also terminates if you fail to
comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

HexaTech retains title to the ownership of the software. All copies and
portions of the software, in any form, belong to HexaTech which retains
all rights not expressly granted. Nothing in this License Agreement
constitutes a waver of HexaTech's rights under the U.S. copyright laws or
any other Federal or State Law. This software and accompanying
documentation are protected by United States Copyright laws and also by
International Treaty provisions. Any use of the software in violation of
these laws constitutes termination of the license and can be prosecuted.

LIMITED WARRANTY

HexaTech warrants that for sixty (60) days from the date of purchase:
(1) the software, under normal use, will perform substantially the
functions described in the documentation provided by HexaTech; and
(2) the media on which the software is furnished will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. HexaTech does
not warrant that the functions contained in this software will meet
your requirements or that the operation of the software will be
uninterrupted or error free. HexaTech is not responsible for any
problem caused by (1) changes in computer hardware or operating systems
which are made after the release of the software, (2) interaction of the
software with non-HexaTech software, or (3) accident, abuse or
misapplication.

IN NO EVENT WILL HEXATECH BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PROGRAM, OR
FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS
AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS ASSUMED BY YOU.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential
damages. So the above limitation may not apply to you. The warranty
gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
